How long does it take to process and ship my order?

We strive to dispatch all orders either on the same or next business day after full payment of items are received. In the event of high volume or weekends/holidays, shipments may be delayed so we really appreciate your patience (we are a small team!)

What is your return or exchange policy?

You can return or exchange any eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided it is in a sellable state. To start a return or exchange, please us either through email or live chat. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or an error has been made on our part.

My item is faulty or dead on arrival, what do I do?

Sorry to hear that your item was faulty and/or not up to your expectations. Our mission is to provide the best quality at the lowest price. Unfortunately sometimes these situations occur due to a variety of reasons outside of our control. If your purchase is faulty please contact our team!
